Premium delivery is sent via Royal Mail and once dispatched your order will be with you between 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

A signature is not required (but may be requested) and you can specify specific delivery instructions or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting depot.

Please note: All Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with a cut off of 12pm for our next day service.

We will try and keep you informed of any delays to our delivery services.

Unfortunately Royal Mail will not deem a parcel as lost until it has been in the postal system for 15 working days. It is very unlikely for a parcel to take this length of time, but unfortunately we are unable to despatch replacement items until this time has elapsed. This is the case for all orders sent via Royal Mail on our premium services.

UK Next Day Delivery:

If your order is over £100 we will upgrade the delivery to a Next day service or you can upgrade orders under £100 to next day delivery for only £5.99.

Our Next Day Courier delivery service is with either FedEx or Royal Mail. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. (Please note that in exceptional circumstances, deliveries will be made up to 5.30pm).

A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you are unable to sign for the goods, the driver will leave a calling card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery time.

Returns Policy

You may cancel the Contract and return the Product for any reason provided we are notified by email – shop@complexions.co.uk within the 7 day period commencing the day after you received the Product.

The Product you return must be unopened and returned in its original packaging.

The price of the Products returned will be refunded to you in full. You will pay the cost of the return.

If the Product is defective in any way, you may return the Product to us if at any time within the 14-day period commencing the day after you received the Product. We will offer you an exchange or refund, and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.

When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. 5. CANCELLATION

5.1 You may cancel a Contract at any time during the period from placing your order to the date that is seven working days after the day on which you received the Products.

5.2 To cancel a Contract, you must inform us by email (shop@complexions.co.uk) or telephone ( +44 151 495 2096 ) and if you have received the Product(s) return them to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products. Unless the goods are faulty, you will pay the costs of returning the Products to us. We will email you with notification of cancellation.

6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Your order will be fulfilled within 14 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery howsoever caused. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

7. RISK AND TITLE

7.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

7.2 Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Which credit cards can you use?

We process all our payments through the PayPal credit card facility. A PayPal account is not required. No card details are stored by Complexions Enterprise Ltd as all details are directly handled by PayPal. All transactions are PCI compliant.

Why did my online payment authorisation fail?

It is not uncommon for a request for payment card authorisation to fail a couple of times before the card is finally authorised. If we are experiencing difficulties taking payment from you, you will not receive an order confirmation number and you will be asked to re-enter your card details.
